Basic Computer Hardware is intended for those who are often facing problems in day to day computer tasks at office as well as at home. The scope of the course includes training for Installing Applications, Scanning for Virus, CD Writing, Installing Printer, Downloading Programs from Internet and a lot of other Utilities. This Course helps the students to become confident to solve these issues and to successfully do the tasks assigned to them. This course is well suited for accomplishing tasks related to computers in Small Office or Home Office [SOHO] environment.

Introduction to Computer Hardware
Internal Peripherals of Computer.
Introduction to Removable Drives (Floppy Drive, CD Drive, Flash Drive).
Installing Applications like Office Package, Nero Burning Rom, Mc. Fee Virus Scanner,
and Acrobat Reader.
Scanning with Virus Scanner and Updating Virus Scanner.
Downloading Acrobat Reader from Internet.
Downloading Virus Definition Update file from Internet and Installation.
Adding Peripherals to Computer & Driver Loading:
- Installing Webcam
- Installing Printer
- Connecting Speakers
Enabling Multiple Language in Computer:
- Arabic Language Installation
CD/DVD Writing.
Check Disk for HDD errors & Defragmentation of Hard Disk.
MS DOS Commands
